The user should note that, when booking a course through the Website, the Company will charge a 10% deposit of the total course price as a reservation deposit. In case the user ultimately does not attend the course, they will forfeit that 10% reservation deposit. If the user attends the course, they will only need to pay the remaining 90% of the total price.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Thai law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in relation to the interpretation or application of this Legal Notice, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
