This Returns and Exchanges Policy governs the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges related to the diving courses offered by Koh Tao Diving Academy (hereinafter referred to as “the School”), operated by Koh Tao Pro Diving CO., LTD.

1. Course Reservation

When booking a diving course through the Koh Tao Diving Academy website, the user agrees to pay a non-refundable 10% deposit of the total course price. This deposit is used to secure the course reservation.

2. Online Theoretical Contents

In some courses, the School offers the option to access part of the theoretical content online. These contents are provided to prepare the user for practical classes. However, under no circumstances will refunds be issued for the online theoretical content, unless the user can demonstrate inadequate receipt of these contents.

3. Practical Classes in Thailand

The main part of the diving courses taught by Koh Tao Diving Academy consists of practical classes held in Thailand. These classes will be conducted on dates agreed upon with the user and under the supervision of qualified instructors.

4. Changes and Returns

• Date or Course Changes: In the event that the user wishes to change the dates of their practical course or switch to a different course, they may do so provided they notify the School at least 7 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
• 10% Deposit Returns: No refunds will be issued for the 10% deposit under any circumstances, as it is considered a reservation deposit and guarantee of course attendance.
• Returns due to Inability to Attend: In exceptional cases, such as the user’s inability to attend the practical course due to unforeseen and demonstrable circumstances (e.g., severe illness or travel restrictions), the School will assess each situation individually and may offer alternative solutions or compensations at its discretion.

5. Returns and Exchanges Procedure
